All forms below must be completed by lender and potential buyer for a smooth and expedited process. Upon receipt of ALL required documents, WRO will contact the buyer and lender with a scheduled appointment.

All prospective purchasers are required to attend a Homebuyer Orientation Workshop & a 1:1 counseling session.

*Please be advised that there is a $100 deposit required. The money is refunded after you close on your home. Payments are due at time of workshop. (please see intake for details).

*Note: Without attendance to both the workshop and 1:1 counseling sessions a certificate will not be issued.
