Independent Living Program

The Independent Living Program helps individuals build the skills and stability needed to live as independently as possible in the community. Through supportive services, case management, and connection to community resources, the program encourages self-sufficiency, personal growth, and long-term housing success.

Placement in WRO apartments or SRO program is made through the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health’s Single Point of Access (SPOA) process.

Supported Housing Program

Our Supported Housing Program provides scattered-site apartments throughout Westchester County for individuals who can live independently with the support of case management services. The program is designed to promote long-term housing stability, independence, and successful community living.

Single Room Occupancy Program

Our Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Program provides housing in a multi-tenant setting for individuals who need a higher level of support. Residents may live in private or shared rooms and receive more intensive, one-on-one services. Because of this enhanced level of care, SRO services are staffed 24/7.

Homeless Outreach Program

The Homeless Outreach Program engages individuals experiencing homelessness and helps connect them to essential services, including shelter, housing, healthcare, mental health treatment, benefits, and other community supports. Our outreach approach is centered on engagement, trust-building, and reducing barriers so individuals can move toward safety, stability, and permanent housing.
